We strive to make your QUBE building project a trouble free and convenient experience. In addition to the QUBE modules, we offer you the option of ordering all of the building components from the selection we offer. These additional components include anchors, braces, stairways, enclosures, hallways, roofing and building envelope systems, balconies, module connections, etc. All conveniently delivered to your building site.
Our QUBES are designed to by easily plugged into electrical, and plumbing risers for quick and simple on site installation. All QUBES are completely factory finished, including electrical, mechanical and plumbing rough-in and finishing, literally right down to the kitchen sink (and beyond). Once connected the QUBE apartments are ready for occupancy.

We’ve created our own proprietary snap-in/bolt-in modular architecture. We continuously look for methods to expand upon this original concept to offer you the ultimate building solution.
We’ve designed our building system to use a small number of standard QUBES to configure a good number of apartment types, starting with a studio suite, all the way to a 3 bedroom apartment, and a two storey townhome type apartment. We also offer a flexible apartment width to accommodate flexible apartment floor area adjustments.
While our steel building systems offer higher quality and longevity than conventional wood frame construction we offer the added benefit of meaningful savings as compared to conventional wood construction.
